FR 4 Wheel Heel Brake AssemblyBrake mount for FR Skates models. *will fit most Seba models also These heel brakes can be added to any FR 4 wheel frame that takes a 76mm to 84mm wheel. They will not fit a 90mm wheel frame. How to Install: Replace rear axles on your frame with the two axles supplied with the brake mount. The axles that come with the mount are threaded at both ends. Slide the brake arms along the outside of the frame and use the supplied screws to fasten.

This sunscreen body lotion is quite nice.
Style: Piña Colada
This sunscreen body lotion seems to work well. SPF 30 is the highest I could find with moisturizing capabilities. The smell is a bit overwhelming when you first put it on but it then goes away... so why the added scent. I wish it were SPF 50 and unscented. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
